Have you moved to the Netherlands or left to live elsewhere? Your Dutch tax return may be different from what you are used to. I can help you arrange the return and understand how your move affects your Dutch taxes.
You can also contact me if you have lived abroad for some time and still have income or assets in the Netherlands.
Tell me briefly what you need. We will discuss the options and the costs first.
M-form: moving during the tax year
There is a migration tax return for the year in which you move to or from the Netherlands. This is often called the M-form or M-aangifte.
I review your moving date, tax residence, income and the periods in which you were covered by Dutch national insurance. I also assess which deductions and tax credits apply to your circumstances.
C-form: living abroad for the whole year
If you live abroad throughout the year and need to file a Dutch return, you file as a non-resident taxpayer. This is also known as the C-form or C-aangifte.
I assess which income and assets belong in your Dutch return and whether a tax treaty or relief from double taxation applies.
Tell me where you live and what has changed
In your first message, mention the tax year, the countries involved, when you moved and the types of income you receive. You do not need to know which form is required.
I will discuss the options, required information and costs with you. I then prepare your return, explain the outcome and submit it after your approval.
