Help with your Dutch VAT return

Is your VAT return due and would you like someone to take care of it? Or are you unsure how to treat an invoice? I check the information in your records and prepare your Dutch VAT return.

You will understand the amount due or refundable and what still needs to be arranged.

What will I check?

I review your revenue, the VAT you have charged and the VAT on your business expenses. I assess what can be deducted and whether adjustments are needed, for example for private use.

If you have customers or suppliers abroad, I look at how those transactions should be reported in your Dutch VAT return. If an intra-Community transactions statement, known as an ICP declaration, is needed, we discuss that too.

Questions about the small businesses scheme?

If you are considering the Dutch small businesses scheme, known as the KOR, I can explain the consequences. Less administration may be attractive, but participation also means you cannot deduct VAT on your costs and investments. Whether it suits you depends on your business.

How we work together

We agree which period needs to be covered and when you will provide the records. I identify any missing information, prepare the return and explain the outcome. I submit it after your approval.

Need help with an upcoming return?

Mention the return period and deadline in your message. You can also contact me about overdue returns or concerns about an earlier filing. I will discuss the work and costs with you in advance.
