Dutch corporate income tax returns

Would you like someone to prepare the Dutch corporate income tax return for your bv? I use your records and annual figures to prepare the return and explain how the taxable amount is calculated.

You can also contact me if your bv has little activity or has made a loss and you want to discuss its filing obligations.

From annual figures to a tax return

The profit in your annual accounts is not always the same as your profit for tax purposes. I assess which adjustments are needed, for example for business expenses, investments and depreciation. I also check whether losses can be offset under the applicable rules.

If your company has lent money to you or other transactions between you and your company need attention, I will discuss them with you. We agree separately on any additional tax advice or other returns.

What information is needed?

Your annual figures, records and previous returns usually provide the starting point. A holding company or a group of companies may require additional information. You will receive a list suited to your situation.

If the annual accounts are not ready yet, we first discuss what is needed to complete them.

Know what is being submitted

I explain the outcome and submit the return after your approval. We agree on the work and costs beforehand, based on your company and the records available.

To begin, tell me which financial year is involved, what your company does and which documents are already available.
